Especially useful things to tell us

• A recommendation that looked wrong. Include your region letter, the appliance's cycle length and timer type, roughly when you looked, and what the app suggested — that's everything needed to replay the calculation.
• An appliance timer we don't model. The delay-timer world is a zoo — see the guide — and it grew one machine at a time. If your machine's timer works in a way Cheap Hours can't describe, the make, model and a photo of the timer display is a gift.
• A guide that got something wrong or out of date. Tariff details drift; we'd rather correct a page than defend it.
• A privacy question — the privacy policy is the long answer, but questions are welcome.

What we can't see, by design

Cheap Hours has no accounts and stores your setup only in your own browser, so we can't look up "your" data to debug something — there's nothing on our side to look up. That's a feature, but it does mean a good bug report needs the details listed above, because your email is the only place they exist.
